Little white wormies?

...they are not thrips, mate, neither adults or larvae will be found at the bottom like that.... if they jump, and move fast, they're likely Springtails...which are everywhere, so avoiding them is nearly impossible...they not harmful....
..roger that on the pics! that size is spot-on for springers!

Hmm, mine are sat on top and on the underside of the leaves. Same colour and shape as that photo I sent you.

If you just glance at them you'd think they were wriggling like a worm but when you see them up close there's a definite set of legs (not sure how many), and a clear separation between a head and abdomen, pointing to them being an insect. Mine also 'jump' and move rapidly when startled.

Antennae... Not sure...

And mine leave silver marks all over my fan leaves, same as the photo above.

I haven't ever found any in the drip tray though I do know someone who has so they definitely can be turn up there. Strange though, I've gotta admit.

Honestly though dude, Waira's your man, he's the guy I'd come crawling to for advice :)

Hope you find an easy solution

Fuck I love this forum so much :) Thanks to all for helping out. I think reconsidering your descriptions and my observations I just keep it for one more day and see how they develope. Plants really have no damage at all. So should not bee Thrips for now. Springtails seems more realistic now that I compared lots of pictures with my living ones in the tenty. You know I'm a loving creature thus I'm happy to NOT have to kill some fellows of nature :)

Hey yo I use canna coco. Actually they are not in soil rather been in the trays on the ground where some soil was clunched together. I let it dry out over night and they seem to drastically have reduced or found another spot. Couldn't find more than 1-2 really smallies. I feel a little guilty.. I'm not the killer usually when it comes to part of nature ya know.. I only likee the fruits ;)
