My neighbor next to me has his whole roof covered in solar panels. If I was a roofer, I wouldnt want the hassle.

Only what I have heard on various programmes they say the are a very expensive way to produce electricity...... ...

Hopefully Spain can make their own solar panels, we just ran into a situation, that our Chinese solar panels are rigged with remote manipulation devices, whatever that fancy phrase is supposed to mean. IMO, it means kill switch.

Yup.. been reading that........not just a kill switch...which was expected...and disarmed...but a kill switch that could bypass the kill switch when deactivated....sneaky.

They have the same worries about the Chinese EV's too...kill switch...and they have also told users not to charge their phones in them either for the phone data being ripped...

You gotta make your own mind up haven't you....?...you never know what is just political wifwaf.....

At least roof should last way longer due to being protected by the panels above! Plus quite sure the solar people would need to remove them for the roofing to be replaced! I know i don’t want a roofer/solar guy ripping my stuff out…if i had them! Something would tell me they would prob be an expert on 1 or the other!

IMO, an open world economy will never work until no one thinks of anyone else as the enemy. My biggest qualm is food, we almost never imported food when I was a kid. Now I think most food comes from abroad. I was blown away when Dole closed their plantations in Hawaii, and moved to China.
