@Mossy, I did see where 66,000 Air B n Bs were decommissioned in Spain. Which is a great thing! It killed my old neighborhood in Charleston, SC. It turns neighborhood into tourist areas and all the problems associated with.
It has crushed every major city in Europe. Has driven prices sky high and not too authentic if it's all tourists just to name a few things. Given Spain's housing stats and unfettered migration, still only a drop in the bucket. And that's for the limited amount of Spaniards that can afford to buy houses anyway. Unless you are in remote areas of course
