If I had a spot to make fresh pasta, it would be a different story….that shit is fookin tasty. The dried pasta from the store tastes like it’s got an Elmer’s glue base…. :rofl:
I just use my kitchen aid with the pasta attachment when Im ambitious enough to make pasta
 
All you need is enough room for a cutting board or some clean counter space. You can cut fettuccine with a knife and hang it on clothes hangers

That's how my grandmother and great grandmother did it. All the pasta was made with forks, knives, spoons, and hands. No doubt Frank has knife skills and decent cutlery :pass:
