If u wanted to live in texas for 2 months i am betting u could come up with something that could get u in at the texas state fair and thats a money maker! Some companies that do basically their years worth of business over like 10 weeks! Lines all day 7 days a week especially if u get recognition from the big tex awards thingy they do for food entrants!otherwise known as a mistake in this day and age…

They put people like me in jail in Texas….That's actually not as bad as you think. Especially if you're charging fair food prices! That's easily a 20% markup from regular prices to cover the cost. You'd have to do Neapolitain(ish) pizzas that cook in 60-90 seconds to keep up if you were in a mobile setup. Or some of those places have permanent setup. Throw in a PizzaMaster 944 and crank out 18-20" pizzas and sell slices and whole pies. You can fit 24 pizzas in that oven! It's only 65K for the oven!
