The entire industry is jerked around by big donors and powerful people. Normally, a few months after one of these bills fails, some entity comes forward with the reasons they pushed for a failure of the bill…. And it’s always some bullshit capitalist reason….

They really fuck with us! We have garbage medical options and every session they make a bill to decriminalize or expand the medical and then it gets to the last stage where they would make the final vote and same jackass Lt Gov just refuses to put it on the floor for a vote! Our medical is gummies, pills, or inhaler at low doses (10mg i think) and only conditions that qualify are terminal cancer, intractable epilepsy, and some pain patients if its from nerve damage but gotta have multiple doctors agree u would benefit and sign off! They are so backwards when they expanded from 5mg to 10mg doses and added nerve damage they actually removed vets with ptsd from qualifying during the last committee stage before it was voted on!

Ya if it was legal here the tax dollars would be enough to fix our roads so we probably got the toll road industry lobbying against it here! Our medical is pretty easy to get a card. The hold up here is someone obviously has a big stake in the private dispensaries, and wants it sold that way. And most of our Bills are dumb as hell in regards to people being able to grow their own. One was something crazy like you cant grow a plant that weighs more then like 2 ounces, who the fuck knows how big a plant is going to get ahead of time.They really fuck with us! Weed is technically legal to grow in the whole USA, u just need a Federal permit, and they have not issued one single permit since that law was passed in the 1930's.
