You've got a much better handle on screen training than I currently have! Very evenly spaced branches.

TBH aggressive defoliation still frightens me a bit. Especialy at 7+ weeks old.

I wanted to take more off but she was so dense, I took 25% and stopped. I thought any more is too much in one go.

Mine are photoperiods, but yeah you can take alot. If you start early and stay on top of it, you never have to take so much that it would shock your plant. If you let it go and have to take alot, i try not to take more than 50-60% of the foliage. Just be careful getting the leaves and suckers deep inside the plant, i still find myself cutting branches i dont mean to lol.
