You aren’t supposed to put nutrient water in the reservoir! Guess u could top water it in if u did it slowly and in small volumes!

I know….everything will be top dressed. Not sure about build a bloom yet… but it would be watered in. First go I’ll just do craft, baf, and kashi…

Water only in the tank

I always added that stuff by hand weekly BAB wasn't needed much but I was using roots organic bloom and bloom booster as top dressing and build a bloom was for immediate action hand watered only a couple times through the grow. Either way I typically did a weekly to biweekly bennis watering from the top with the extra stuff that I didn't want in the Rez. Just be carful not over water into the Rez but it will happened don't sweat it if it does

@Frankthetank pro tip have a funnel and a hose handy for when it time to start filling Rez's if the fill port is in a tough spot you'll understand. You can fill from outside the tent this way

I never did it below the surface I always just left room at the top and started mounding from there. The mound got bigger and bigger though the grow as I added more. Don't know if it was right but it seemed to work

Same here but I know that Bill def made the mound in advance in his grows! No idea how often he topdressed from there but if u have nutrients in the soil in advance first topdress should be flower nutes about midway thru veg! If its a light soil u (and by u i mean @Frankthetank ) may wanna do a small mound of veg nutes the roots can grow into once past seedling stage! Then proceed on as normal with flower stuff a little past halfway of veg and again few weeks into bloom! A flower finisher at end and should be golden! Gonna order some of the dry flower girl amendment from dr earth and i have bloom booster from greengro! Just need to finish collecting the parts i need to get ford back to having the suspension working properly so i can afford an ac infinity fan and filter!

@Frankthetank pro tip have a funnel and a hose handy for when it time to start filling Rez's if the fill port is in a tough spot you'll understand. You can fill from outside the tent this way

I have a piece i usually have in the center that is like 15” long so i can put it in the fill tube and then use a funnel to water from door of tent when the plants get really big!

Yeah I remember something about that but he as doing it different and transplanting I think plus he was in regs he always made it sound complicated and confusing. I never quite understood so maybe Frank will and can teach me better

I haven’t seen it since the move and some older nutrients i hadn’t used got tossed in la basura! Need to see if its maybe in a box in the garage!

I appreciate the offer my friend, but I’m going to pass. I’m just going to keep it simple at first, and add things if needed later. I think I’ll just start with the craft, BaF, and kashi at first. See how that does and go from there…
