Now Im jealous, theres not a decent Chinese place within 20 minutes of me. I haven't had Chinese in 3 years 😓
I miss some good Korean barbecue. :oops1:

Every Saturday night at The Pavs, The Scottsdale Pavilions Car Show, I just had to get some.

You get to pick out what you want put it in your bowl and they cook it for you.

You can do the same thing at home, you just get to cook it yourself

Ive never had Korean BBQ before. It looks good, but theres not really any Korean places around me. Lately it seems like Thai places are popping up more than anything. I do like a good stir fry though.

Im going to order a custom made grassroots bed for my 3x3 and the dimensions I'm thinking, 35x35x12 would be about 60 gallons of media. Basically the entire take and bake kit. Its about the same cost wise buying as many 1 cubic foot bags of the 3.0 or light mix as it would be to buy the kit and just mix it myself. My plan was to order them both probably mid October, I should get the bed and the kit roughly about the same time, I'll mix it up and let it cook and by the time Im ready for my next grow it should be more than ready to use as it will be cooking for almost a month if not more depending on how long it takes my current grow to flower out.

I was also thinking about buying worms to add to the bed and doing a cover crop and just defoliating and leaving everything in the bed to add material to compost regularly. Im just getting into this whole living soil thing so I will definitely need coaching along the way.
I never have any problem answering any kind of questions you want.

Mixing all that stuff will take some time and a good deal of work ......to do it properly.
Hopefully it's significantly cheaper than what the 3.0 would be, for the work that you got to do.

You're still gonna want some earthworm castings and compost with some straw or crappy hay.

Coast of Maine lobster compost is great. You might be able to get it local but it's easily available on Amazon.

The best earthworm casting is are the ones that you make from your own worms. Big box store bought will work, but barely . You can get song at BAS but it's fairly expensive .
