If I did it again I’d go with least 8” on a 4x4 and bigger. I feel my 6” is just enough in the my 4x4or5x5 the 6” work awesome in my 3x3

How many watts do you run in the 4x4? I'll have 15sq ft, but only planning the lights designed for 8 sq ft(300w), so hopefully not too much heat to get rid of.

I could shift the budget around to make room for an 8" fan though. Ditch the 2'x4' Grassroots fabric bed in lieu of an amazon one for $60 less. That would leave wiggle room if I wanted to upgrade to more lights later too... Or just save up a little longer and increase the budget...

Though depending on what the mechanic says about my wheels, it may be next year before I'm growing again.

Is there a timer that could give say 12 hours off and then like 16 hours on perpetually?

My interval timer I use for watering can do any number up to 24 hours on and 24 hours off. I'm currently using :09 minutes on and 23:51 off for a 24 hour cycle. I adjust the "on" time to get a little runoff (in coco).

The $900 extra for the cannatrol is almost as much as my entire grow budget. >.>

Currently running hlg 720 I believe around 500 watts probably turn it up little more now that girls are done stretching. I ran 500-600 watt cheaper light for first couple years been back and forth between a4x4 and 5x5 once I get 5x5 running again the 720 will go in there and run the cheap 500-600watt light in the 4x4. I run at least 300 watts in my 3x3 last run was 430watts
