Did u order an older style analog dehumidifier?? If not it won’t work with an inkbird controller cuz a digital one when the inkbird gives it power to turn on it will still need to be manually turned on!

No, it's just a simple cooler plate on-off style with a tray, you know. It'll work.

It has a little pint-sized tray on it. From the looks on the pictures I can drill a hole in the tray for a piece of tubing to the drain. Or I'll tear it apart, wich ever is the easiest. The fridge already have a little square opening with a plastic cover over it so I can get cables and the hose through there.

We had a similar situation in a typhoon off the coast of guam…. We went dead in the water in the middle of it, and stayed that way until it was over, and could get the tugs out there to tow us into port…lost several lifeboats, and mangled lotsa railings etc. CO put the entire ship in their racks during it, except for the flying squad… we had to rove the entire ship checking every space for flooding every thirty minutes. It got so bad at one point they evacuated the super structure in fear the morherfucker would break away….

There were footprints on bulkheads by the time it was finished..

Dead in the water! That is scary as hell! Especially as an engineer! I remember dead silence waking me up from deep sleep! It was on that stupid LSD ! That 600psi plant was just a POS ! I slipped my pants and shower shoes on and went back two compartments to the aft gen. It never came on automatically....... ever ! I had power established within five minutes . I don't remember now what the Damn boiler techs screwed up, but it was something real stupid.

What kind of ship were you on? That damn flat bottomed LSD would rock like crazy in 4 foot seas......... Under power! It took the boiler techs well over an hour to get the plant back lit back off, stabilized and under power. It rocked like crazy in beautiful calm weather! I couldn't imagine being dead in the water close to a typhoon!

Our Destroyer escort, when going around the horn, definitely had footprints well up the bulkheads. I bought the chief gas turbine a beer in Acapulco and he told me all about their little endeavors. One of the biggest reasons they had to pull in to Valparaiso was rudder damage. This was a newly Commissioned and fully certified vessel. He said it was pretty damn harrowing! I always wondered afterwards how they kept from Overspinning the turbines with the screws coming out of the water. With as high as I saw the bow out of the water a few times, I know those screws were exposed for quite a bit!

I played like I was high one time at a road block. I was a passenger though!
This dumb cop started asking me questions, so I purposely mumbled out, "I don't answer questions." It got the intended effect! He asked more questions.
"Sir, have you been drinking or taking any kind of drugs?"

"I take drugs all the time!"

" What kind of drugs would that be?"

"I don't answer questions."

"Then why did you answer my previous question?"

"I don't answer questions."

Him wuz gettin' fwustrated!

So I figured I had pushed my luck long enough, so I pulled out of character And very soberly told him he was a fool And to get his damn supervisor over here now!

The look on this kid's face was absolutely priceless!

It took all my effort not to just bust out laughing!

He did comply and his Lieutenant did come over to my window. After I explained my Constitutional position on his officers conduct, he said we was free to go!
