Have you considered a Souse Vide? Almost no smell or mess, and its easy to store. Decarb then infuse in the same disposeable bag (or jar, not as good)I am only going to use the thing for making food. My big concern are the wattage ratings. Most similar devices have the same rating (1,800w), and that sounds excessive for a 120v/15a circuit.
Interestingly enough, I am going to have to get a stand-alone decarb device - its not remotely safe to use the oven for that anymore here.

A big pot of water you probably have already
They don't get as hot so decarb takes longer but set it forget it. It doesn’t need a lot of babysitting.
