We don’t save grease around here! Goddamn pantry and counters are overflowing as is! :shrug::doh::rofl:
 
The grease comes from cooking the sausage I'm so confused:shrug: :doh::pass:
I’m aware but a new batch would require more grease and if we don’t save it then missing ingredients for making a new batch!

I guess I'm weird I hate reheated gravy white gravy is better then brown but once it cools and turns to jello I'm done it never reheats the same :shrug: :pass:

Thats another reason i don’t put sausage in the gravy itself! Never wind up using leftover gravy so easier to just toss a couple patties on my biscuits! Then lots of leftover sausage to eat with a lake of syrup! :eyebrows::crying:
