I’ve been toying around with this tried naval yesterday and mandarin today, I’m going to try baking the oranges for a little bit before blending to try and bring out the sugar

Add a tablespoon or so of frozen oj concentrate….

Well I have to say my day went south fast..........Was expecting an atta boy at the physio, I've been working real hard at it and thought I was doing fantastic. There was a swelling above my kneecap that she got real concerned about and said I had to go to the emergency department to get it checked out in case it was a bone infection. Spent most of the day getting x-rays and various tests. Turns out I have once again over done things and got a reprimand and told "more couch....less ouch". If you don't hear from me for a while the wife has me tied to the couch.

Alright version 3 in the oven added that orange juice concentrate baked the oranges for about 10 mins amd added a little rxtra butter and sugar and some eggs and poppy seeds came out a little watery but we will see how they turn out used half naval and half madarin
