Hi folks,
I've been growing since 2009, when a family member was going through chemotherapy. Like a lot of people, I found out that the most addictive aspect of this plant isn't the smoking, it's the growing
My Wife and I made the big leap to full time RV life in May, and have been all over the Western US. We are staying put for the winter, and the itch to grow again was driving me crazy! I converted one end of our bedroom closet in to a 2x2 grow cabinet, ordered up a Can33, 4" fan, and a Viparspectra 300. Away we go! I was mostly a hydro guy running photo strains, for years. A small space, and the touchiness of temp and humidity control that goes along with it, are everyday challenges with the setup I have now. This is also my first shot at growing under LEDs. Two and a half weeks in, with a Sucker Punch, and Dinafem Critical Jack. So far so good!
I've run Dinafem's gear for many years, without disappointment. I branched out and ordered some new beans from Mephisto, after seeing some excellent results here. Looking forward to sprouting those in another month or so...
Just wanted to drop a quick intro, and say thanks for a very nice forum.
I'll likely start a journal in the next few days, and hopefully get these two girls to a quality harvest!

Welcome to AFN. Crazy grow setup, but very interesting. And kind of ironic. I would love to follow a journal, planning on a similar grow next summer possibly. This site has crazy info and peeps willing to help with anything you need help with.

Welcome and best of luck! I was considering living on a boat full time a couple years back. My biggest concern? Where do I put the garden?! I killed the idea when I figured out it would be impossible to clear customs with even the best stealth!

I was thinking sailboat...50ft plus...

And for customs, diving bell type container on the anchor line...

But who wants to risk the jail time overseas?

There's an awful lot if beautiful country to be seen, without straying out of West coast legal territory. And a lot more were dangers of ol' Johny giving a crap are low.

Thanks, guys! I have started a journal under indoor grow journals, though I am not sure how to put a link here, to get you to it... "Dinafem critical jack and auto seeds sucker punch".
This will be the smallest grow space I have yet attempted, and it will be a challenge, for sure. The space is in one end of the bedroom closet of a 35' 5th wheel, with an oil filled heater, and humidifier in the closet, but outside the actual grow space. A removable door, covered in matching wall paper covers the good stuff. No way to make it warrant-proof, obviously, but we are only in misdemeanor territory, where we are. I'll roll those dice. I will try to get some pics of the actual space, but I've got to find the right camera angle, to not give out too much info. A pic tells a thousand words, and I always cringe when I see (rarely) some gomer posting pics of his grow, with 10 different giveaways in the frame. I saw one guy, not on this forum, post up a plant pic with his kid, his dog, a local phonebook, and a seed pack with most of his address on it. S!
I'll figure out how to get a link in here to my log later today. This smartphone typing business makes my thumbs and all 3 brain cells hurt.
