New Grower Look at this difference between outdoor and indoor

Can't beat that outdoor flavor that mother nature provides. I love indoor but I love outdoor just as much. Just so much security risk doing it in the north east U.S.

Just put out a frisian dew and a white widow. I hear the dew is suppose to grow and yield like crazy. I was told that the bugs love white widow... I live on a small farm away from people so the height that the dew is suppose to get won't matter... can't beat mother nature.

I'd like to see this done with clones of a photo NL would likely show the difference in growth better that autos as they will have greater genetic variance

..looks about right to me,... your much reduced light hours, temp swings and cooler overall, all make for less optimal growing conditions and therefore, smaller plants... inside, they have nice moderated, consistent conditions-- much more light (!), more even temps,... which affect nutrient absorption and transport quite a bit. Several other factors come into play as well,... point is, OD auto's won't compare with ID grown ones because the sub-optimal env. conditions,.... I grow OD's, and use some supplemental lighting to get them about 18/6,...even then, my homies that grow the same strain ID's get larger plants,.. but they got nuthin' on me for trichome development and potency! True sunlight, there is no substitute for either, and the results it gives,...
