New Grower Lowryder strains grow journal.

Hello guys, this is my 2nd grow - the first yielded poor results due to many beginner mistakes. But this time I've done my research and expect it to be much better this time.
Alright, so I'm growing 3 varieties of Lowryders; Betty Boo, Diesel Ryder and Lowryder 2. I'm growing under 400w of CFLs, 200w white and 200w that orange-ish colour, I'm using Plant Magic Supreme Soil and my gear is pictured below

Here's a picture of my growbox, got two input fans and one exhaust, at the moment all three have just about sprouted up and are showing leaves.

I'm planning to follow this guide I found online but maybe tweak it a little to my plants liking, any suggestions will be great. - http://www.uk420.com/boards/index.php?showtopic=272647
