I suppose the meat one would be cool, if it tells you your joint is ready! I'm seeing some nice results in nft keeping my reservoir below 22c so worth trying it.
Maybe switch your fan over to exhaust and allow passive intake if the heat gets too high. General rule of thumb if you do passive intake/exhaust is to make sure to have twice the size passive as your fan is, i.e. your fan is 12cm so have at least 24cm of open vents and you'll achieve airflow through the tent. You might not feel it through the tent with such a small fan but it'll be happening
