Hey! No I didn't LST them that's just the way they grow I imagine. Thanks on the compliments Fuggzy. They build nice colas,the shorter one is good at that height and is really going to be a good producer. I used a MH for the first three weeks and wanted all three to be shorter and bushier because of room constraints. They shot up so much I wanted them to stop because they are only 6 inches from the lights. I packed the soil too light and after the soil packed down the are 5 inches lower than they should be so they would have hit the lights. I am rambling brownies make me do that. Peace..
If you want to keep you plant short and finish at the breeder's estimated time then switch to nutes at week 4 and let it go until harvest. If you switch when the upwards growth stops or slows down then switch. Depending on the strain it may be in week 5 or 6 or some where in the middle,again depending on strain and a comfortable environment that is consistent plays into it. It is in the New Growers .
