could just be the males are smaller due to dropping before stretchign as long as a female would. it seems like all of my auto males stretched for 3 days without showing sex then 3 days later they were stacking ball cola's and starting to drop. it sort of caught me by supprize. so far the only females showing sex are lowriders that just started showing sex under a loupe yet i've already killed males from lowrider, auto diesel, and magic dragon that were starting to open up. they litterally went from being 4 inches tall with no sign of sex to being a foot tall and dropping pollen in 6 days. i need to go check again in a day or two because i still havent found any males in masterlow or auto asian haze and i only found one auto diesel male out of about 40 auto diesel plants so im sure there will be more in a day or two. i figure i should have all males found within the next 1-2 weeks then be able to go out less often for a bit untill the photos start sexing. thats going to be a nightmare because i've got a ton of unsexed photo plants from seed and plan to keep males from about 10 different strains that i'll have to dig up and evacuate

Yeah its incredible how fast the males develop, I wish I could have kept mine around longer to see their full life cycle. Sounds like your in horticulture heaven! Do you have a journal going for all these strains? If so I would love to check it out. Sending a female karma cloud your way bro

Hey guys its day 30 for the ladies today so I thought I would do an update. The white lady is growing insanely fast for being in a 1 gal pot. She is also starving, I hit her with 4ml of A and 4 ml of B sensi bloom in just 1 liter of water yesterday. She shows no sign of burn and loved the feeding so I'm going to push her to the breaking point in the upcoming weeks . The newly found out purple lady was transplanted from her little home of 1/2 litre to 2.5 gallons yesterday. I have been battling PH with her the entire grow so I'm hoping more soil will finally stabilize her soil. Here's some pictures, the first 4 are the white pheno

sweet man..im def loving that color pheno..cant believe she's already showing that much color! anyhow, great work too, those leaves look lush and beautiful, can see the slight "shine" on them, which indicates great health :thumbs: For being in a 1 gal...i bet your stoked by that growth rate!! Thanks growbe I originally hoped to keep the lady small in the one gal but she has different ideas. I hope the colored lady will catch up in growth, we shall see. I noticed your flushing one of your photos, I bet your itching to give her the chop how those trichomes looking? I can wait to drool over those harvest pics man. Congrats on the dragon tester badge, you seem to be kicking ass and taking names my friend!

Thanks a bunch thump...thats really kind of you. Yes, im flushing my dinafem right now..she starts her dark period thursday morning, and she'll be getting the chop early sunday morning (before the kids wake up..lol) I cant wait!! Her trichs have triple over the past couple weeks..just amazing. I cant wait to see what the dark period does for her, as ive never done that. I heard the dark period is what gives the white widow's their name..after it, theyre so covered in trichs, that they appear "white"..pretty amazing strain. I suppose thats why its still hanging with the best of them, after being around for so long. Ill have harvest pics Early next week..stay tuned!

Have you taken any test nugs yet? if so whats the smoke like? I have never tried the dark period either, I'll be watching to see if you get insane frost from it. I read somewhere that torturing a plant before chopping it will stress it out and make more resin. I will probably try these techniques sometime maybe next harvest. Good luck not waking the kids up from the stink bro, I'm sure she reeks Hopefully I won't have kids of my own for sometime(I'm 21), they will probably like the smoke just as much as I do.

haha yeah i thought id keep the 400w low on my magic's and that would help keep them shorter but nope i was raising that light almost daily
