Being in Qué/Can i cannot participate though i can certainly agree it's quite a proper place to start as that's actually where the history begins. After all, 1925 refers me to a League of Nations treaty which many Commonwhealth countries/colonies/dominions agreed to.
Well, i just regret not a single word relates to outraging bigot abuses of all sorts that this eventually caused in retrospective, over many decades. Lets simply consider that the Royal permission to discriminate and persecute without much responsability nor the fear for personal consequences has paved the golden way to hate-mongering for politicians who just can't resist the immense power of public fear(s) - which they often contribute to stirr up themselves for their own self-serving benefit(s), of course.
That's a no-brainer thing, pure negative emotions work best. When it's about "stoners" lots of professionals will make a dime of it while "the law" continues to destroy their lives - with no one left in a position of authority to be offended and speak up against this evil system. In fact here in Canada our public television channels presently broadcast disgusting propaganda funded on tax money, which ultimately causes more teenagers to risk ending up dealing with parents rendered "toxic" after viewing such filthy biased publicity, clearly aiming to insult a part of population in hope to seduce another:
Only to collect more vote$ for the sake of comfortably "installed" pigs and so on...
Consequently i'm growing quite irritated each time i read a poll's premice strictly limited to the admission that the error may have been to criminalize, only. This destruction work was done with bigot convictions supported by a legal system where police (in selected areas of Northern America) can litterally steal property today.
Dog killings is trivial routine stuff now, life-threatening incidents pile up and all this with a racist touch. For example, in USA alone... Please allow me to highlight this well-known case of a parent's "Justifyable Homicide" during legal kidnapping, apparently by fault of a drunk irresponsible ex-mother seeking revenge:
Notice the young baby was still in his father's house as he was shot to death on the spot (read "executed").
Here's just another despicable sample of Commonwealth "justice" in action:

This correction was necessary 'cause i like pigs after all, m'well... in plum sauce with brocolli and small round potatoes.
