Killing them softley
My low ran up to 250F. Even Warm was around 200F. Don't I need to keep the temp below 170F? I let the crock simmer overnight and it was almost at 300F when I checked it this morning. Should I try it again, with the same oil?

well the trick I found with most cheaper ones is that they often run at different temps and are all over the place.I like to spend e few bucks on a digital one and set your temp to brew.mine broke so Im back to an old one but it does run cooler.but I like the digital ones and they'll last awhile if you take care of them.bout 40-60 bucks depending..less if you really look around prolly.They take all the guess work out of wondering if its gonna be a decent batch or not lol

you can get either if ya shop prolly,but yes and yes. has a digital reading as well as a thermostat.so being versatile enough to make higher body blends of various brews as Im learning to do a lil.

No Problem Guys,Im glad yer gettin something from this.the temps are user specific about saturation and personal preference for effect and duration from the cannabinoids sought also for effect.damn one i want is frigin 70-80 bucks.I aint got it yet.But making a good batch thats a lil more on the complete milky side with four strains added..or is it three? lol oh well baked n high as hell lol ..anywho.ill keep ya posted.I have a tad over 2.6 Ounces of a fair bit of trim and asper usual mostly bud that'll be dried more and ground n added to some herbal erl..lol be good all.:smoke:

Excellent brotha! So, it was 3.5 cups of oil put in with 70-80 grams of trim/buds? Still trying to get my proportions right lol, really is a learning experience to do this well lol.
