I have 4 of these panels and all of them have been purchased directly from Mars Hydro. The first panel was bought some time around June 2015. To be honest I do like these lights and they seem to be very effective but they seem to have some serious durability issues. I bought one light first and within 2 wks a fan went out. After a bunch of emails back and forth I was sent a fan and everything was hunky dory. I bought 2 more panels. Suddenly 2 banks of lights went out on one panel within hours of each other. I don't care how I switched the wiring from the drivers around the bad 2 banks stayed out. So that was sent in for warranty work at my cost of 50 bucks with insurance. Got that one back and once again everything was hunky dory. But then again a bank of lights went out on another panel and I did the wire switching around again as instructed but the bad bank stayed out so that one went in for another 50 bucks. At that time I realized that if I wanted to have 3 panels operational at all times then I would need at least 4 panels so I ordered another one. That probably wasn't my brightest move. Now guess what? A bank of lights went out on another panel yesterday and I just got done with the wire switching to no avail. So now I have to start the warranty hassle again. My temps might get up to 90 F but normally are from 70 to 85F and my humidity stays around 30-45% with good air flow. I can't be the only one to have these problems can I? I will now have 150 bucks in shipping for warranty repair. Anyone else have thes problems? Pipes

Is that the diodes burnt out or driver went out? can you take a pics which one is light up and the other is light off, you sent the light back to our repair center to repair before right?

One third of the lights went out at once. I plugged a known good driver into that bank of lights but the lights stayed out. The same problem that I've had over and over again. I know what I have to do. I have to send this panel in. I was just wondering if someone else had the same issues. Its getting to be a revolving door. One comes back from repair and another goes in
ive had issues with my diode lenses melting on a good chunk of my 1200w but im not tech savy, nor do i have the time to replace components or the 50 USD to send it in for repairs and have a chunk of my garden without light so im jus using it with burnt lenses watching my warranty melt away....no pun intended. lol im sorry your having issues. hopefully tina can help you out.

Sorry about the inconvenience that we bring to you, so you exchanged the drives and the diodes still not on right? if so that might be the diodes burnt out and the protect diodes has something wrong. Can you take another pic that the light off?

Really sorry about that, if you bought the light within three months, we will fix your light freely and responsible for the shipping fee, if you bought the light within a year, we will fix your light freely and cover the shipping fee from our repair center to your home, you will pay for the shipping fee from your home to our repair center, you can find a cheap express company.
If you don't want to send it back to our repair center, we can send you the parts, and teach you how to repair the light since your light only diodes burnt out.
