Hi Tina,
Didn't know where to post this. Received my Mars hydro from China about a month back. It arrived well, just a few observations. Didn't get any warranty card or instruction manual with it. Is that normal ?

Also I paid a bomb for shipping charges. Am in India. If doesn't make sense to pay such high shipping. other led companies offer free shipping. Check aliexpress.com.

As far as the lights are concerned they performing well. Would definitely buy more if the shipping cost wasn't as much.

Morning or Evening @grungeabout the warranty card, we didn't want the customs officer know this light is for growing. but don't worry, if your light has something wrong you can send message to me on AFN or we can send you a E-file of warranty card. beside once you purchased our light our company will have records, we will put your info. into our company's computer system.

About the shipping fee, because we have not warehouse in India yet and we must send the light from China. I will check it with our boss to see what we can do to cut the shipping fee.
