What is on top of them buckets?

I may be wrong, I believe that is an old tent cut in circles to reflect the light and keep the medium cooler.. seems like a good idea, I thought of cutting holes in the semi waterproof floor tray thingy, setting it on top of the pots, tied to the uprights and letting the plants grow through the holes, but never around to it. :smoking:
