Lighting MARS HYDRO TS3000 Distance/brightness

Hi all! Just received a Marshydro Ts3000 and would like to know the ideal distance and brightness setting people are using to grow there girls. It’s my first times using LED lighting I’ve come over from using a 600w hps. I have read the Mars recommended hanging heights but would like to know what best works for other individuals?
Any info would be much appreciated!

I went by the height recommended in the Mars light manual, using two TS1000 has worked perfect all grow

After seedling stage I just whacked them up at 100%
