DIY maybe I'm paranoid

was out having a toke late last night in my garden and had an awful realisation ... I can hear my Extractor !!!
now at the bottom of my very small garden is a main road and I am now paranoid that I have a loud humming noise coming from my house that the general public can hear.
the strangest thing is that it is not noisy at all inside my house just outside when it's late and quiet ... I used acoustic ducting and hung my extractor by bungy cords to eliminate any vibrations. my set up is in my loft and is not really noisy at all when next to it. is it possible that my roof is acting like an amplifier and pushing the sound out of the eves ? I nearly pulled the plug last night 6 weeks in

I would not worry , Only you know whats going on up there, to anyone its just a noise , slight hum .. wont raise any attention. i guess as this is on your mind alot, its just being over thought. few weeks left no need to panic. finish your grow and if you want to change how things are set up then do it next time round good luck take care.

I dont mind the aliens coming over as long as they bring some space bud with them .... it's the old bill and the chancers who kick in doors to steal crops that I'm worried about. it happens quite a bit around here

Maybe install a variable speed controller on the fan so you can slow it down a bit.

If you have not told all your friends your growing then you shouldnt have to worry about the door being kicked in , i used to live in the uk and many of people i know got their crops stolen by chavs

No not told anyone yet ... don't need that worry my wife don't even know lol. but I did bump into a couple of chavs I kind of know in my local hydro shop while I was buying a reflector .. spooked me a little
