MC 2.0 doses?

So according to the instructions on the bag, for late veg and early bloom it would be 5 grams per gallon or one scoop per 4 gallons. I just weighed one scoop and it was just over 30 grams. That’s not even close lol. I really do want this stuff to work as described but man is there a lot of inconsistency here. I mix four gallons at a time and (if going by weight) found that 3 teaspoons would land you at the 20 recommended grams for the 4 gallons.

Did you weigh a top full scoop or to the line on the scoop?

Full scoop. I just went back and tried doing one to the line and it was 22 which is quite a bit closer to the 20. I must have inhaled about 3 grams of the stuff trying to get a scoop leveled at that line though lol

Three level teaspoons do the trick and without making such a cloud of dust

Yea that seems much closer. And I have to agree that I made a mess trying to get a level scope at the line. I would also like to add that this stuff stinks.....maybe because its my first time using mega crop but whoa! caught me off guard.

Stick your noses into a bottle of GH FloraNova Grow or Bloom. Now that stuff stinks even worse than MC.

Funny I find this mixes better in my water and doesn’t separate or leave a film. Also find it to hold ph better

I am referring to making a Concentrate, it doesn't mix well enough. The calcium falls to the bottom. I agree once it is mixed normally, it is fine. Hence the comment that it is a huge waste to make a Concentrated liquid vs just mixing the powder directly

Just get a little medicine cup and tare it on your scale. Weigh out one gram, three grams, six grams, and mark it with a sharpie. Leave it in the bag. Voila a permanent pretty consistent measuring device. The chunks may cause some minor inconsistencies but not much.
