MC 2.0 doses?

For those who read this thread earlier on, I am doing a Version 1 vs Version 2 experiment. The Version 2 did have an early lead. However Version 1 has actually surpassed Version 2. They started flowering, both about the same rate. But Version 1 poured on the veg Growth prior to preflowering and is probably going to be bigger by the end? They are not significantly different and both look great. Version 2 is stronger. My EC is 1.2 with version 2 and that is 1g less Calmag per 3 gal. My version 1 is 1.0 EC with 1g more CALMAG. I got minor top burn with version 2 @ that strength. But that tells me I am almost perfect. I may reduce the MC by just a little. I will try 13g per 3 gal, instead of 13.50. Aiming for 1.1EC instead of 1.2. I am upping my version 1 to 14g, because it is weaker.

how much MC per gal did you add before tip burn? Im at 4.5 g/gal right now.

I am at 4.5, but also use CMP and Sweet Candy. It is minor top burn, but it is stronger...so that is the Max I will go with Verizon 2. For now. I may experiment later with less CMP and more MC2 instead. Just to see. Can see the huge Calcium chunks, so I know version 2 has more Calcium than version 1

That's completely up to the pheno your growing. Every plant is different. That plant may take 4.5g per gallon fine.. Another could burn at a lesser amount, and vice versa. You don't want tip burn, so hopefully you won't ever get a real answer to that question, lol. Less is more.

I’m curious to finding a threshold for what the plants can take nute wise without burning. That’s kind of how you figure out they’re limits, you know? Burn tips oops don’t feed this one that much at once again....

Wish there was an easier way than creating a problem to figure it out lol.

Actually, a little tip burn is no big deal. If it was progressive or major then it is an issue. Otherwise, that is just telling you that is the max and to back off a little. Some phenos can take more than others. Some plants can take more than others. I know 1.2 EC is about the max I need to go with Version 2. I will try 1.1EC on the next plants coming up. I may decrease the CMP and see if any deficiency happens.

Well I can say I safely say I have atleast 2 different pheno types and 2 different genetics. Both between 20- 25 days and both have accepted MC2.0 at 4.5 grams/gal .*
