Good to have you aboard Marga. I'll be pestering you for some tips during my grow I reckon!
I'm very interested to see how the AN nutes work for you. I've been contemplating changing for awhile, just can't make my mind up.

Pull up a chair brother! Welcome along!

The downside for me is the price, but i've had no problems with PH whatsoever in my last grow using Plagron Light Mix. It's very stable medium by all accounts and it seems like the AN nutes compliment it very well. Not sure if I really need all these fancy add-ons like the big bud etc etc - i'm sure the base nutes would contain everything the plants need. I only bought them because the hydro shop was doing a deal on 100ml of each add-on nute for a next-to-nothing price so I thought it'd be rude not to buy them!

Hey NB, good luck bro. I'll be following along if you don't mind :tiphat:

All the best to you! The Auto Blues may very well be the frostiest buds I've grown. I wish I had dried bud shots to share, but they went too fast. You'll definitely enjoy the smoke! I'll be following along. Cheers!

Thanks for tagging along buddy, glad to hear the Blues is gonna be frosty mate! It's kind of a staple round my parts (the photoperiod cut) so i'm interested to see how they turn out. Excited ain't the word!

Howdy Meph-heads!

The seeds showed their tap roots the other day so I planted them. The Auto Blues is ready to pop up above the soil within a matter of hours - I can see her little stem starting to peek out. The other two Sour Cracks are yet to show themselves. I've finally finished my Sweet Seeds grow, so the tent is free again. I've put all three of the pots in the tent and reconfigured it slightly.

This grow, i'm gonna try out an active intake fan instead of having a fan drawing air through the ventilation flap. I located an axial-flow duct fan in the bottom air intake in the tent and it's blowing nicely. My new radial-flow extraction duct fan is still connected to my carbon scrubber and seems to be doing a great job so far.

New active intake:

I removed my Apollo 6 for now and kept the Apollo 4 in there for now as it's spectrum is more suited to the veg phase. Should be enough wattage for the 3 seedlings. Sorry for the out-of focus image, forgot to set it to manual focus!

See you all soon!
