Thanks Marga! Not only is this the first time I've tried lst, minimal as it may be, but it's also the first time I've pruned an auto. Seeing how well the Sour Crack x Chemdogging recovered from snapping her stem made me think that maybe these could handle a little pruning without any major issues. I've probably removed 20 to 30 fan leaves from the group, but most of them came off of the Chem City Blues and Sour Crack x Chemdogging, which are both just incredible horizontal bushes stacking leaves on top of leaves. I definitely would prefer the light go to the potential budsites directly instead of being passed through the fan leaves. Usually I would just tuck them but the plants were to short and dense for that to help. So far I'm liking the results.
In other news, here's my next project coming together. The future home of a Sour Crack SOG!
My back is aching after bending over so much just with this test run, so I'll be picking up some supplies to elevate the pots soon.
