Can someone tell me what options I can pay with. US order they said would send me an email with instructions, but was just entering info to see my options not ready to order yet. I'm assuming no credit/debit card.

Ya, they emailed me it is. Gotta figure out pay pal now. Have it but go through eBay checkout so they do it for you. Not sure how it will work through them but will find a way no doubt. I'm sure it's easy tho.
Just log into paypal.com using the same PayPal user name/password you set up with Ebay or stored in your browser.
I presume they would also take a U.S. postal money order.
