Nice. I'm enjoying a bit of oil and have them on in the background. I'm hella picky as far as bands go, especially as they age and more and put more albums out but Ghost has continually made my list of musicians who can do no wrong.

Also, I know absolutely zero about musicianship or playing the guitar, but I love this guy's covers.

As a fellow musician I can say that Necrophagist is top shelf material as far as Technical Death Metal goes.

I'm all for Technical musicianship, I totally encourage it but I honestly prefer things that are a little more melodic like this.

Right on. I dig it all too, but have been mostly investigating the sludge/grind/doom side of things recently. And while it's not *metal* per se, one of my favorite sludge-y tracks is "Dead Girl" by Acid Bath. So good. Another "get stoned and listen up" band.
