Mephisto Genetics Most Narcotic Mephisto Strains?

Can any or many of you tell what the most narcotic Mephisto strains that you have personally grown are?

I am a medical patient and need very narcotic strains for evening and night to help combat chronic pain and insomnia. i am just starting to grow CBD strains, but need indica THC strains as well.

I myself need medical strains, for osteo-arthritis, so I'm on the hunt for a good CBD myself, and won't keep a strain around unless it helps me medically. And I can tell you that the two I have found so far that help me the most are Cosmic Queen, and Creme de la Chem. I just finished the cosmic, and she is PHENOMENAL! I liked the buds on the 24K, but I thought the plants were a little small, so if you want quantity at all, then those probably aren't going to be your top choice. The Chem family of strains that I have tried were all quite nice, when it comes to pain relief.
