just thought i show my grow area ive been working on in my shed while i wait for my seeds to arrive
home made light hood thats adjustable and houses 8 lights at the moment but waiting on 1to 2 adapters which would make it 16 cfl lights the whole space is is sealed off using diamond disfused mylar still have to work out temps and weather or not i need air flow as its in my shed which is not insulated and freezin cold weather will be here in no time the make it urself zipper from htg was great thought it was gonna be pain in ass but im very happy with it

You are going to need air flow even if it's cold. Your ladies have to breath and they like some fresh air just like you or me. 16 lights in a sealed room will warm it up too.

i figured i will as the shed has two windows which are not seal up as the glass windows are busted so there is just screens in them and it gets very cold where iam from but iam just stuck on wat to do for air flow

:howdy:bro looking nice if i was you i get a coulp of computer fan to pull air in and out off you grow room, as it cold were you are the air should cool the room down fast, but you need to keep an eye on it to you get right, but looking good,look forward to see it up and running,

Nice work! I agree with the others that air flow is a must. If you have things sealed up pretty well, you can put a fan or two near the top blowing out, and they'll create negative pressure in the tent which pulls air in through a vent near the bottom. Hard to say exactly what kind of CFM you'll need, since you're also going to be dealing with the cold temps. It will take some trial and error.

thanx for the feedback well since i will be dealing with very cold temps i would want a small cfm fan correct? since i dont want to change the air to fast cuz if i do i will loose alot of heat the shed temps in mid nov to feb are around 30 degrees to about 10 degrees with even colder temps in pre dawn hrs now my next step is pots,soil,and nuts would this cow manure be a good replacement to Black Cow compost as i want to try a version of FDs soil

I run an outdoor grow shed and maintaining the correct and consistent temperatures is the biggest challenge. I would seal everything up as good as you can, especially those broken windows and install intake and exhaust vents as Andy said. Then get one of these: http://www.plantlightinghydroponics...an-speed-controller-day-and-night-p-3027.html. Hook it up in your tent to a 4" in line fan. It will automatically adjust your fan speed based on the temperature inside the tent.
