Welcome to AFN Lunch_box, looks like folks have already got you on the right track. If you can't get the Sensi nutes quickly, a 30-10-10 orchid fertilizer will do for veg. Most big box or garden stores will stock it.
As to the roots it is normal but also a sign that it is time to get them into larger pots. Some folk do a tier approach where they cut off the bottom of the existing pot and set it in a larger pot filled with soil. What ever you decide to do transplant wise just avoid disrupting the root ball as much as possible.
