New Grower My First Grow!!!

Hello this will be my first attempt at growing indoors! i have some basic knowledge but thats it im affraid!! So any help and advice would be much appreciated. I'll be growing in a closet havent got the measurements at the mo. My equipment so far is.

1. Auto AK Female From Advanced Female Seeds
2. Soil: Canna Coco pro +
3. Lights: 400 watt hps
4: Closet Covered in Dymond Mylar
5. Propagator

Hoping to start next week just trying to get everything organised between work. Do i need a cfl to start them off or will the hps be ok?? Once the seeds have germed can i put them straight into the coco?? What nutes should i use with coco and when?

Sorry for all the questions but like i said im new to this and want them to have the best chance!!

not to be nit picky or anything but I noticed you did't mention a PH meter.......PH is very important.....here's some charts to help you out.....

Hello, Welcome to AFN if your looking for a pen I recommend a hanna pen.. I bought cheap and had problems! look at the hanna 98127 great pen!! :thumbs:

Keep in mind those units are not water proof, except the 98130!! but i just bought my pen for 74$ and its auto calibrating and water proof!! I owned a 98107 and first dip in water and it was toast and that was within 3 weeks! but cab't go wrong with a hanna pen.. Be sure to buy calibration solution and storage solution any way you go.. This is where i got mine!!

Hi all sorry about the delay been flat out working! Right ph tester has arrived along with buffer solution. What do i use to adjust the ph in the water??

My seeds are germinating 2 have popped and are in soil, just waiting for the others now!!
