New Grower My first grow

6 weeks in with Dutch Passions TD
How does my plant look?
I admit to being a complete idiot. So please constructive criticism is welcome.


1K HPS
3 Gallon CC / perlite mix in smart pots
General Hydro 3 part Nutes + CalMag (due to RO Water)
78 degree day temp, 60 - 65 night temp.
5.8 PH



I feel like I am always over, or under watering.
Some places say I need to see 20 percent poor out the bottom,
others do not. Any comments on watering, MUCH APPRECIATED.

Welcome to AFN mate :smokebuds: your TD are looking nice and healthy. When watering having some run off it ok,it helps prevent a build up of salts in the medium...to prevent over watering have a feel of the weight of your pots when there dry,then thoroughly water them. Keep checking them until they feel dry again & repeat.as they grow the feeding will increase mate :smokebuds:

She's gorgeous bro! That's your first grow?! Nice! For over watering and under watering there are different methods to test your soil for how wet it is.. But none are as efficient as going to lowes and buying a $9 dollar soil pH tester. It's test the wettness, the ph level, the light.. It's been a life savor for me! Good luck even though you don't look like you need it!

The weight method is best, I'm lazy and dont water till i see drooping leaves.... other then that, water till you get 10% run off......

my autos at 6 weeks are clearly flowering, that strain must have a long ass veg time

HUGE growth in the last week. I mean, I'm packing on nearly an inch a day.
