Lighting my hps powerplant sumthing up with it

Have a mh bulb that works with hps balist its making a louder buzzing noise than b4 and the light has went out in the last 3 hours with it still turned on by plug socket but turned it of for 15 minutes and it came back on turned it of as im scard of bulb blowing please help if u can
