As she is wet and somehow not "so well", I guess you could transplant her ASAP.
Just do not water the "receiving" pot / medium or her and wait 2 - 3 days, you should be good

I've not seen over-watering make a plant look like that, even though you may have the mix too wet. That plant has the look of an anomaly or pH issues, to me.
If you just transplanted, you need to water if the mix is dry, or that plant is going to die.
give it about a week, also on the transplanting, not a good idea with autos, if you want to insist on transplanting your best to start off with 2 cups, cut the bottom off one and put it in the second so all you need to do to transplant is take the bottom cup off and plant the first cup, have you done that?
