Indoor My Second CFL Only Grow

Yes, around the pot LST, my favourite, i'm doing that right now having dumped the scrog bceause i found it too fiddly.

I would leave those bottom leaves (!) on the plant until they start to die off naturally.

steely.

The reason I asked, is because I thought that if I cut them off, then the plant would focus more on growing the buds that are really exposed to light, instead of wasting energy on those two scrawny sites...

Looking good Iggy! :)

One of the problems with chopping at autos (that you don't get with photos) is that they will take time to recover. This isn't so good for an auto because any recovering time is time that they are not growing.

The only leaves i take on an auto are the ones that are brown and come of with the most gentle of pulls.

Chopping and lopping should be left for photoperiods :)

Hope this helps
All the best
Blue ^_^

Thanks Blue. I'll keep that in mind, and I'm not going to chop those two sites no matter how badly I want to. And I also forgot to mention in my post that she is just about 40-41 days old now.

Todays update:

This one is looking and smelling AMAZING!!! My hi def lens on this phone broke when i dropped it, but when my girl comes over I'll snap some good close ups of the trichs. This Dutch Passion 'Think Different' is at day 46 from germination.
My question is, I have these spots forming:photo(4).JPG and some places are worse than others. Anyone have any idea what this condition is and how to get rid of it? I am worried because my buds don't seem to be fattening. They are getting a bit taller, but not wider/heavier, and I think this is because of whatever this thing my plant has.

As for my other girl, she is super healthy, and for some reason seems to be growing really short.
photo 1.JPGphoto 2.JPG Only 8 cm (3.2") tall @ 10 days since sprout. :)

As you can see, I have this scrog set about 6" from the top of the soil, but before I start using it, i can still adjust the hight. Anyone have SCroG w Autoflower experience, and would share on how high it should be from the top of the soil?

Thanks AF!

Looking good, Nice to meet another CFL'r. Ive been growing with cfl's for 2 yrs now and got a cab full of timwarp x northern lights, C-99 and NorthernSkunk x Skunkberry about 27 days flower. Try to keep your bulbs as close to your canopy as possible to get great results. I burn a leaf tip from time to time thats how close I keep em with a good fan on em. Gonna follow along your grow keep showin them the love. K.I.M.

Hey, thanks for the Kind words K.I.M, and Green I figured it was a calcium deficiency, and I already got some calgel from my nute company which is a cal mixture that can also be used as a foliar spray, and it is working quite well! I don't have time to take pics now, as i'm running to work, but as soon as i get back I'll make an update.
