Indoor my star ryder experience

Hi,

quick update.

I seem to have messed it up with the dwc now.
The ec with the lucas +pk 13 must have been either too low, or the pk 13/14 hit her to hard and locked it out.
All looked too me like a p-deficiency at once - throwing away her lower leaves slightly yellowing and browning, but still wet, so no burn.
Don't know, but I made a another rescue res-change and she seems to recover now - set it up with ec 2.0 with standard "incredients" - lucas formula+calmag bloom +sensizym and little epsom salt.
Another thing learned: make changes only on a dialed in System, so you better see whats going on.
Hopefully I can show you pictures of a recovered lady next time.

Cheers

Update - please help!

atm I don't know where I am at.
The above still is valid - She seems to recover a little, and produces buds.
But the ladies in soil are way ahead with resin production.
The lady in the hempy shows the same symptoms - p deficiency, but as well throwing some well grown green leaves.
I lowered the ec a little bit, because new leaves in the buds were very curly, compared to the soil ladies.
So I think i was to hard to her with upping p k.

But why does she still throw leaves ? Still some lockout ? The Top leaves are still OK, but lower and internal leaves fall down, and new small buds in the shadowy section are light/yellowish green.
So I really don't know in which direction this all goes now.

pictures will follow soon.

Cheers

Hi friends,

Here's another update with pics.

It's day 59.
the canopy looks good so far - as you can see the ladies in the back in soil are on scedule and producing heavy resin ans buds are swelling up.
The ladies in water - hempy and dwc - have much more growth, but are just begining to bud-up - so they are nearly 10-14 days back.

So I can't complain about that...some mistakes made, but so far so good.
But under she skirt leaves are still falling...there's not much left soon.

I upped the res with bloom mixture to m b 1:3 the last days to get the defs fixed, but there are still green healthy leaves dropping down.
As they will stand longer, I' a concerned what to do.
If they were on scedule like the soil-ladies, I wouldn't be.
The dwc runs at ec 1.9 now, hempy a bit lower at 1.7. PH 5.9 and 6.2.
Could it be a humidity Problem ? I still have 58-66 %.

But as you look at the pic, you can easily see the differences in growth - I had to lift the little allmix up for 30 cm to get the canopy nearly even, the other lady in soil is lifted about 15 cm.

So keep your fingers crossed for me. If everything goes well, this should be my best ever result.

Cheers

another, perhaps last update,

because the ladies in soil reach their eol slowly - atm they only get plain water for their last days.

The white cheese in hempy and lady elevenfingers are in the frontrow and on their last 2 or three weeks as well me thinks.

As I experienced such a good and simple run with the hempy, I think I am going with that für my next runs - kiss. The DWC challenged me a lot and was really hard work to keep up. But I think id really did best with my 4-5 bigger mistakes.
But I think they coul'd happen to me again, so I have to minimize the "human" factor, which I think is provided with going with the hempy buckets. Perhaps one day whed I'm grown up I'll try dwc again.

So heres a couple of pics.

Thnx hazy,

yeah, when I look at these pics, It looks awesome :-) I thought that for myself ...but...reality somehow doesn't match these pics.
When I look into the tent I can always "hear" me say "go ladies go, it's only 2-3 weeks left, hurry, bud-UUUPPP!!!!" ;-)

Cheers

I'm always surprised how much weight they put on in the final weeks..so i wouldn't worry they should fatten up nicely for you.

choppe choppe esta notte :-)

and then directly into the water.for a short cleaning dive.

pics will follow if I can grab some batteries ...

So theres an end to everything....nearly the end :-)

I thought I chop them not complete, but let them get some light to the lower buds.
Lady elevenfingers in her DWC still sits there completely green, so I keep my fingers completely off of her for some more days :-)

But heres a little resume:
The two Star ryder ladies gave me two pots to watercure, and I guess they really did yield a little more already, than my TDs did. So I call this an absolute success.

Here's the last pic of a nice part of the canopy of the last girls standing:

I forgot to insert my chdk-software card into my cam, so no raw images this time, so no (fast and easy) optimizations possible on the pics.

And as you can see, the one in the back is really nice, and it has the phattest colas :-)
But...its the white cheese ;-) the star ryders do not have so nice colas, and I think I know why and I will work on that next time :-)

Here are the nice colas:

I put some smaller ones besides the big one so you have a little comparison - they're on an A4 paper. I took these pics before I cut them to pieces and threw them into the water.

So, am I pleased? Yes I am.
The Ryders did very nice in soil and in DWC, and I never expected this little retarded white cheese to perform that nice in the end...just read the beginning of this yourney :-)

Once there will be some weight I'll put it on, meanwhile I am preparing for the next run. That one will be completely in hempy buckets with my homemade dripping system:-) - I call it really successful with this white cheese lady.

Cheers

So here it is,

some last pics of my lady elevenfingers all alone in the tent waiting for her cut...she now reeeaaally stinks like pineapple and I only wanna see some more yellowing leaves before the chop.

She definitely IS a special experience, but for now my DWC experiment is over, because I need my time and thoughts for other things...it was imo a real hard work to keep all well.

now I am heading to my hempy experience

Thanks for all the good vibes,

Cheers
