New Grower Need advice on photo plants

They will have a light mix of all at first then I will essentially being feeding every day or 2 I just havent nailed down how I want to do it yet. The basic premise is that I will constantly be feeding them low doses of each nute all the time. I may not be able to do it as my system is currently basically a Recirculating DWC, well semi recirculating anyway. For this I would probably want individual buckets, more work but you can really fine tune your feeding schedule that way to each plant and each pheno.

Like I said it is just a thought at the moment it may require more work/equipment than I have now in order to effectivley do it. I might need a contsant PH/PPM/EC/Temp guage and they are a couple hundred bucks.

To answer your question though it would probably be more soulition number 2 where I just try to accentuate certain elements. I do this currently to avoid Cal/Mag def because Cal cannot be absorbed above 5.9 and some strains that is lower, so when I feed Cal/Mag I do it before I feed the other nutes and drop the PH to about 5.6 and they suck that Cal right up.

This is my approach to any def really because you know you put the nitrogen in there but the plant is showing N def then you have a PH issue. 99% of def from what I have seen can be fixed with dialed in PH for said def. It becomes a little tricky with Cal and Mg because one starts being available where the other starts so feeding them seprately if possible is always best.

From my past experience most calcium magnesum deficencies are just Cal def. SOME do have Mg def but not at the same time as a Cal def just because your PH would have to have a pretty big swing in order for that to happen. Anyway I digress lol

Day 1 of flowering

Small update. Just took a few clones from the scraggly undergrowth, then cleaned up a few of the redundant shade leaves.

When trimming the undersides of plants, is it a good idea to snip off the itty-bitty baby leaves and shoots budding out of branch nodes that'll never have a chance? I'm assuming so, but I'm not entirely sure what parts of a plant are sensitive and stress inducing. Just gonna snip a bit every day to keep from shocking anything.

They're in a full-blown growing spree at the moment, after one day of 12/12 lighting. Does anybody have any general tips on how to limit stretch? Feeding regimens, temperature, light distance, etc?

Probably going to feed them today or tomorrow, switching to flowering base nutrition, Biothrive Bloom.

The feeding chart recommends also using their bloom booster, Biobud. Still not entirely sure of its effects or mode of action. Says it's derived from "plant protein hydrolysate, rock phosphate, and kelp." My only guess is the plant protein is from some sort of flowering plant, and maybe contains some potent bloom-related hormones. It's their most expensive bottle in their lineup, and requires the smallest dosages. It all comes together in the GO Box, so why not? Any thoughts on this stuff?

Looking good! Good trim job, and that is a complement coming from me lol as I dont prune. But when done right(like you have) it is effective. Looking at them now I would say that your vertical height will end up being max another 2 feet because of your scrog, so basically you are gonna have 18" or 2 foot long colas sticking out of the top. Dude you are doing everything right by what I can see and I don't think you will have a height issue because you have a 7' tent. As for the nutes, I have no idea I am so new back in the grow world that there are about 9 billion new products from the last time I was nute shopping.

I will say this though I have always used some form of kelp I used Alga-mic and Floralicous + in the past and the Floralicous was EXPENSIVE and I literally had to use a hypodermic needle to mesaure it out, the stuff was potent and always worked well for me, I don't know if that is a rule of thumb or not but if it's expensive there is usually a reason.
