Harvest & Curing Need help pre chop

Question

If I chop trim and put the nugs in a brown bag can I just hang it in all the space I have up top by my filter or am I gonna be screwed because I need to odor control and I have just the one filter and money's tight over the next couple weeks

Yes, you can dry in a tent.
Thanks for the quick answer I've looked all over the internet and everybody has different answers so I said screw it and came back to the land lol figured somebody here could help me f8gure it out cuz this is my first grow so im trying hard not to crap the bed after such a long time

yeah, but useful buds for hash are not necessarily good to smoke by themselves. also, i remember seeing that at least some (whatever tv show i saw it on, strain hunters or bourdain or something) they were drying in like mud huts. not dark dark, but not direct sunlight.

eitherway, thc molecule is reactive with light. i've seen whole sheets of acid go bunk just from light exposure so i figure why risk it?
 
chop dry then trim. Better taste imo. Less hay and green smell.

And flip buds 2-4 times a day to keep them from going flat during dry.
Can lay or hang them in a box. Big paper bags. All will work.
 
So I chopped them by the branches and layed them in those big McDonald's bags since Monday they're a lol dryer than I thought honestly shouldve jarred yesterday but it's fine nothing a lil lettuce can't fix

Wet trimmed the first plant will dry trim the second for comparison
Didnt flip them too much only like twice the whole drying time they don't have really any smell right now I hope tht will come back in cure
