Indoor Need help with my plant please !

My lady is going through some stress but I don't know what it is.

It's a 29 days old TD under 180W panel (3w/chipset)
15L Air pot with organic cana mix soil. I never added anything else in the soil except water. I unfortunately have no PH meter so I don't know about the PH.
I've been away longer than I expected this weekend and the plant have been missing some water.

Could this be due to under/over watering ?

I think it's the dirty socks in the third picture. No but seriously, what's the issue? The little bit of leaf rippling on the edges there? That can be a from a few things, heat, patchy watering (airpots are a pain to water thoroughly and consistently..)..

What's the temperatures in the grow cab? How close is he LED? Is there a fan blowing lightly on the plant in the grow cab?

It doesn't look like over watering to me at all, the plant looks pretty healthy IMO. Mutations aren't often a sign of pH imbalances, typically they're more related to environmental issues.

It could be under watering or over watering.You will have to decide that.At twenty nine days you should start feeding light doses of veg nutes,also some cal-mag.You will need a PH meter to see where your at, this is important.

Lamp is 60cm from plant, temperature is 25 before light go off and 20 when the light turns on. Cycle is 20/4 and RH is between 48-60%
No fans in the room but I'm opening twice a day to get fresh air

And I know, PH meter is important and I'm missing some material. This is my first grow ever and I didn't buy everything yet.

look nice...nothing to complain, but perhaps have a look into the infirmary to be prepared.

cal/mag is an ESSENTIAL addition with leds..I have learned that the hard way in my first two grows - ADD IT!

Also watering airpots there are some tricks already mentioned in the forum: fill to the top (the upper noses are not open to prevent water spill) and press soil a little down in the center, so the water finds its way to the middle if the pot.

I found a little technical support for me: I use(d) a very small waterpump which has a much more even water output than my hands, and i water them very slowly circular with 10 second intervals on/off, so the water has the time to become soaked up. And for better water intrusion to the soil, I put just a drop of detergent to the water to lower the water-tension a little. Never spilled water wiith airpots eversince i do this.

I'm going to my local store to get cal/mag nutes and thanks for the tips about air pot.

Though, I just noticed the leaves on the kola are turning yellow at the tip. It is due to cal/mag deficiency?

The entire leaves will start turning yellow with a cal mag deficiency. If you dont have any you could pick up some epsom salts in the mean time to add to the water. Can you add some more pics?
