New Grower need help

Im no soil expert but ive heard that miracle gro is too hot for seedlings and will fry them.
Ive also heard that john innes is good.
JI no.1 for seedlings then pot up into JI no.2 or 3.

I'm all about leds now. If you have a little extra cash I suggest giving them a try. Nothing wrong with the classics tho. If you want a trippy smoke that's easy to grow I suggest Kush van stitch. That was the first auto I grew.
