Never heard of eating more fatty foods for a quick fix, but here's what I generally do:
Eat very healthy, usually home cooked Chinese food, but whatever kind of cooking be sure to get lots of veggies, especially garlic, carrots, beats and lots of green leafy stuff. Drink plenty of green tea, cranberry juice and distilled water. Use extracts of cornsilk and milk thistle in your drinks twice a day. Be sure to get a good 8 hours of sleep, but don't eat anything for at least 2 hours before bed and get some protein within 30 minutes of waking up. Eggs are a good breakfast, have some with cranberry juice or tea as well and some toast just to throw in a few carbs with the protein. Try quail eggs if you can. Taste just like chicken eggs, but tons more health benefits. Be sure to get plenty of exercise every day, especially cardio. I like to do yoga (or tai chi, whatever I'm in the mood for at the time) and if I'm trying to pass a drug test will run for 10-15 minutes before 40-90 minutes of yoga. You could also just walk for an hour a day or even do that in addition to other forms of exercise. The exercise will help raise the metabolism and the dietary habits will cleanse the liver, which processes fat.
Oh, also since you're in CO visit your local First Nation and see if they have a sweat lodge. Ask about the sweat lodge tradition, proper etiquette (mostly just "be polite and respectful," but there are specific things you should/shouldn't do), etc. After each round either jump in the water or (if there's no body of water) hose yourself off (no matter how cold the water). Word of warning, though: the sweat lodge is nothing like a sauna. A sauna is nothing compared to a sweat lodge. For a first timer I recommend sitting as close to the door as possible. Also the ground. It's cooler down there.
Of course, you could also use fake piss or whatever. Unless you're enlisting. They watch you pee.
