Is neem oil the answer to all plant problems as far as bugs and powdery mildew is concerned?

not a cure all,but works well in a wide range of things.for PM and DM issues Id use a plain fungicide,or an H202 blend to kill it verses slow it if its bad..or past early detection.frass,serenade or bioside captian jacks fungicides have all worked well for me.or mix your own at a few teasoons per gallon,id have to llok but there are plenty of simple DIY recipes for home H202 makings for a foliar spray.add a small touch of kelp n soap,pre treat..lol awesome!also makes a difference too if your ID or Out doors:Sharing One:

Neem gives the bugs constipation and they eventually die. Only good to reduce/control bugs.
I use neem @ 5ml per 600ml water in a water spray bottle on my habaneroes.

I have been using neem oil. I mix with water and spray soil around plant. I don't spray it on leaves as directions say. Along with some gnat strips it keeps them in check but does not kill them all. I have read that you can add some hydrogen peroxide to your water and it will kill any larve in soil. I have been to scared to try it.

Peroxide is ok on the leaves from what ive been told. I did a dwc grow once just to see what goes on and my roots started to turn brown so someone suggested i put a little peroxide in the water it def. Helped.well i think my first mistake was buying neem oil at walmart apparently its not as pure.
