Good looks on the start neko, few days behind you with my first sweets adventure, also doing a 1 gallon but an air pot with about 150w of actual draw LEDs. Nice to have this to follow, cheers.

nice call on the black cream Neko. I had to flip a coin over the bc or red poison. rp won this time lol. I have it soaking now, will go into the soil when it cracks, probably tonite. where did you get the dr. earths nute's? and do you make a tea with that or top dress?

Hey Iamthewitness. I like the DR,earth soil only as a booster to my black and gold soil, and or cut it in half with an organic nutrientless soil medium with 25-30% perlite added also. Its pretty freakin hot lol...I stunted beyond repaid a few plants when I first tried Dr earth. Not realizing how hot it was.
My buddy got good results buy just cutting it a little with 30% perlite, and planted the seeding in a small amount of black and gold organic 0.05-0.0-0.0 in the middle of the dr earth soil. His plants took off well. So, I guess its not as hot as I though. So long you dont plant a seed directly into it.

Hey man. Yea, I almost went with red poison too lol. Ill have to get that next when I have extra money for seeds. Just got a new tent for the girls to stay in. The dr earth nutrients Ive been using for about a year now. I mix a little of the 4-4-4 into the my soil. Then the rest of my uses are some teas here and there. Mainly I used them for teas.

thanks Neko my man.just dropped the rp last night and I'm going to start a journal on that today.the gal at the garden center said the new kelp should be in this week so i'll have the fish,kelp,cal/mag and molasses and i'll ask her about the dr.earths. thanks again bro

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the soil, I'll be sure to layer it smartly and/or give them a good head start, from reading the ingredients it seemed a bit light on the p of the npk so was gonna add some fish bone meal, but the rest of the ingredients look fantastic, am excited to try it.
