Slow going but its getting there.

As well as making room for the carbon scrubber I have been busy adding a small res tank and plumbing to 4mm drippers, the water comes out the pots and into a drainage pipe that leads to a collection bucket under my cabinet.
At the moment there is still a fair bit of building and butchering to do and some leaks to fix :P
There are some bits that I will have to redo with the plumbing, at the moment I just need it to work without leaks as I have six more plants that need to go in the cabinet.

P.S. I am running "Flood to Waste" and the waste is used to water my tomatoes :)

Also the waste runoff is not really waste as I use it to water these:

Thanks, it has been a long bumpy road and still lots more road in front of me astro420.

But I now know that not including a carbon scrubber in the original design was just plain stupid and idiotic, so if you are reading this and are building a cabinet then PUT IN A CARBON SCRUBBER you cheap ass!!!

Spiderman was here....

It's alive...

This was done more as a proof of concept thing, it works quite well and only has one leak but it needs to be changed a little.
Goes from Small res tank to plants to waste collection bucket.

Maybe I went a bit on the big side....

Time for some thread reading and coffee then the cabinet butchering begins :)

sweet...congratulations on the new equipment. don't you love getting new stuff for your grow. it's like buying your kids toys, makes you feel all warm inside! goodbye stinky weed air for sure!

I take it, from your reaction, that a 6" filter, is a bit large for your grow space.
Mine too, but I am trying to figure out how to hang it above my light, to keep my growing space intact. Luckily I think I can do it. It looks just like the filter that came with my fan. Luckily, My grow is in my shed, or my house would smell DANK!!!! My 4" filter, in my current smoking room, which used to be my flowering room, is much smaller. I am thinking about trading systems, as a 6" fan and filter is really overkill for my 32"X32"X72" tent.
Good luck with your project Bro.

Sorry mate but this gave me a giggle. been there! on the plus side it should last you a few grows.

It can be kept outside the growroom. just have the fan pulling air out the drobe and pushing through the fuck off filter. Obviously your going to have to come up with a disguise for the filter but a man of your talents should whip up something in no time.

hey mate
and people say 6 inches is an average size!!

I had the same reaction when I got mine in the mail. Hope yr getting it worked out there mate :smokebuds:
